ANY DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. (Cost of the damage + labor)
Check-in at 2:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM.
A charge of ₹1,000 per hour will be applied for late check-out after 11:30 AM.
Valid ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
No illegal activities or substances allowed.
₹1,000+ charge for any vomit or anything as such on the premises.
No extra guests without prior notice; ₹1000 per uninformed additional guest.
Visitors are not permitted without prior notice. A fee of ₹500 per visitor will be charged for any visitors.
Free bonfire can be arranged with 2 hours* prior notice.
Free BBQ setup is available with 2 hours priors* notice.
The pool water depth will be reduced to a safe water level after 9 PM.
Use the pool at your own responsibility; we do not take any responsibility for anything that may occur.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while accessing the pool.
Pool might not be available during monsoon seasons.
Electricity availability is depending on the cities power supply.
Our power backup is only lasts few hours and can only run non-heavy electronics, and it doesn’t cover the entirety of the property, only interiors.
Water availability might depend on electricity availability.

Use the pool at your own responsibility; we do not take any responsibility for anything that may occur.
Kindly cross check depth of the pool before entering.

Please do not access the pool while under influence of alcohol or anything as such.
Pool is restricted for any person with needs (pregnant, senior citizen and others) for safety.
Pool water availability might depend on electricity availability.
